What facilities does the school offer?
A covered temperature controlled swimming pool, mini pool, spacious library well stocked with books and audio visual aids, basketball, cricket, badminton, two well equipped computer labs, a garden area, sandy area, science lab, multi purpose hall and reading corner.
Admissions requirements
1. Filled in admission form. 2. Three photocopies of the Child’s passport with valid visa. 3. Four passport size photographs. 4. Three photocopies of Child’s Birth certificate. 5. Transfer certificate/ School leaving certificate (grade one and above) of the last school attended. a) Attested by the previous educational zone if the students are coming from another educational zone in U.A.E. b) Students transferring from another school overseas must have their certificates attested by U.A.E. embassy of previous domicile. 6. Photocopy of the original mark sheet of the last examination passed at the previous school. 7. Copy of the vaccination card.(Details of any illness should be notified)

SUNDAY TO THURSDAY
Foundation Stage: 8.00 am to 12 noon.
Grade One onwards : 8.00 am to 12 noon.
The Apple International School operates a three-term academic year which runs from early September until mid-June.
Admission Policy
The school has an open admission policy for students who choose to join us. Thus our Admission policy states that we accept students who are able to meet specific criteria.
Therefore admission to the school is based on the following assumptions:
The student is able to fulfill the entry requirements for each grade level.
The student is able to benefit from the educational programme at The Apple International School.
Registration: Registration is prior to admission and the Registration Fee levied is non-refundable.
Entrance Test:
Entrance Test is administered after registration.
Entrance Tests are held in English and Mathematics for Grades 1 -8
The date and time of the Written tests will be informed in advance.
Entrance papers are for duration of 45 minutes and 25marks.
The child must attain a minimum of 35%marks to be eligible for Interview with the Principal.
The child will be given admission after successfully clearing the interview round.
The child will be observed for: his/her motor control (fine & gross), recognition of basic colours, recognition of basic things around them like fruits, vegetables etc,
Fees
Starting at Dhs5690 for the year at KG1 and going up to Dhs10,450 for the year in grade 8.
Registration Fee : Dhs.300 per child.(Payable upon registration, non refundable )
Admission Fee : Dhs.400 per child.(Payable upon Admission)
Activity Fee : Dhs. 600/- per annum.
Computer Fee : Dhs. 450/- per annum. (Grade I onwards)
Medical Fee : Dhs.150/- per annum.
School ID Card/ Parent Hand Book : Dhs.25.
Uniform Fees : (Subject to Change )
Dhs. 70/- per set (Kg-Gr.2)
Dhs. 80/- per set (Gr.3 onwards)
Dhs.130/- upwards – Gr.V onwards (Girls Only)
It is mandatory for each student to wear the School tie daily( Dhs.10/-)
In winter a red blazer is worn (Dhs.100/-KGI – Gr.II and Dhs.110/- Gr.III onwards.)
Socks: 20 Dhs (3 Pairs)
Payment of Fees:
Option 1: Payment by Term (Term fees should be paid during the first week of September, January and April)
Option 2: Payment by Month. (Monthly fees should be paid for ten months of the year – September to June, on or before the 5th of each month.
